Who Won the Las Vegas NASCAR Race Today?

how many cars finished the indy 500

It doesn't matter if you're wondering who won today’s Las Vegas NASCAR race. Kyle Larson entered the race as the man of the hour, and showed why he is one of the most respected in the industry. Denny Hamlin was the winner of the race in Vegas last autumn, but it was a tough day on the track. He was forced to make a late pit stop after Erik Jones crashed into the wall and Bubba Wallace spun out to avoid him. In the end, however, Alex Bowman came out on top and walked away with his first career win in Vegas.

Alex Bowman beats Kyle Larson in door-to-door battle

Alex Bowman, Hendrick Racing's driver, won the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. After pit stops and an overtime restart, Bowman defeated Kyle Larson. Bowman has won seven Cup Series races. Larson finished 24th, and was second overall in the race. Bowman managed to take the lead in the final corner to win the race.

Kyle Larson was poised to defend his 2021 Pennzoil 400 win, but a late-race caution put Larson and Bowman in a door-to-door battle. Bowman won the overtime race. Erik Jones spun his vehicle with three laps left. All cars returned to the pits after the restart to get new tires. Bowman had one and Kyle Larson had two tires.

Cole Custer and Kyle Busch also won

The Las Vegas NASCAR Race is the third on the NASCAR Cup Series Schedule. The 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway will host this year's race. The event will be the third event that pays points for the Next Gen chassis. Kyle Busch crashed hard and failed to qualify following a flat tire during practice. He also did not qualify at the Auto Club Speedway, which is known for spins. Kyle Busch, however, is still looking for his first Cup victory at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Busch was at the back and started the race. On lap 30, he had to pit to repair a shifting issue and lost track position. Cole Custer was able pass him on restart to win the race. Custer passed him in Turn 2. However, he slowed. He was then tagged from behind by a car and ended up banking onto his apron. It was a dramatic finish to a thrilling race.

Kyle Busch moves to Round 8 of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs

Kyle Busch wins at Texas Motor Speedway to advance to the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs round of eight. He was not in October's title photo and was disappointed to not make it to the championship race. Alex Bowman had won and Busch finished in second. Busch was not able to advance to the Championship 4 despite his win.

This year, the playoff field is as unpredictable as ever. Only three of the twelve spots have been secured. Joey Logano (defending series champion) and two drivers have solid finishes. However the remaining eleven drivers are at risk to miss out on the playoffs. All remaining drivers are in contention for a place in the next round, and could even advance. Six drivers are currently within 19 points of reaching the playoff threshold. Kurt Busch and Brad Keselowski are in contention for a place in the Round of 8. The final race of the year is in Bristol. This means that the competition will be very close.

Kyle Larson finishes second

Kyle Larson is today's fastest driver in the Las Vegas NASCAR race. Larson's win was his first since being suspended last season for using insensitive language. After undergoing rehabilitation, sensitivity training and other adjustments, he was allowed to return to NASCAR. Larson also thanked Chip Ganassi Racing, for their support and assistance in getting him back onto the track.

Larson's win is a remarkable achievement for the Californian youngster. Larson was the only driver to reach 182 mph during practice. The team is driven to greatness by their teamwork and desire for victory. Chase Elliott, Chase Larson's second-year teammate, started in the top five of the Pennzoil400 while Chase Elliott began in the fifth. Larson won this year's Las Vegas Motor Speedway spring event. Elliott has yet not won the event. In two previous visits to the track, Elliott has finished second and third.
