His net worth stands at $40 million. He also had $8 million in track earnings as of June 2019. He is the ninth highest-paid NASCAR racer. Most of his income comes from endorsements and track winnings. His family started the Martin Truex Foundation in 2007 and supports cancer awareness campaigns. His sponsors include Bass Pro Shops, Auto-Owners Insurance, Siemens, and more.

After a rain-shortened Michigan race, Truex became the first driver since Richard Petty in 1969 to start the Cup season with 14 top-ten finishes. Truex was 42nd in the Chase for the Sprint Cup after crashing into Sonoma's jersey barrier. At Daytona he was 38th and qualified for Chase for Sprint Cup. He advanced to round two of the playoffs during the Chase.

Kevin Harvick

Kevin Harvick will be looking for his first victory in the Cup Series since 2020. He won the Monster Mile stage in 2015, but hasn't won a race since. In 58 starts the defending champion didn't earn a playoff win. However, he has won two stage finishes in his career and is hoping for more.

The Monster Mile is an extremely difficult track, which can be a challenge for even the most experienced runners. Despite its challenging nature, Kevin Harvick has a history of success at Dover, having won the race on three occasions. Harvick's crash during the Dover400 in 2006 is the only Dover race that ended in a DNF. Harvick's track record is excellent in such situations. His last DNF was at Bristol Motor Speedway back in 2015.

racing terms

Although NASCAR doesn’t race at Dover every year, many drivers consider it the last true test of their Next Gen car. It has been on short tracks, dirt tracks and superspeedways. Monster Mile is quite different than these tracks. It has 24 degrees banking and a substantial elevation change.

Kevin Harvick won after winning the Xfinity race the Cup race. His victory also helped him consolidate his position as the leader of the championship. Harvick will now be in the playoffs for only the second time since May.
