James Carlyle Long was a former professional driver in stock car racing. He competed in both the Cup Series as well as the Busch Series. In 2007, he ran for Long Brothers Racing, and then drove for MBM Motorsports in the Xfinity Series. He lives in Bowie Maryland with Dawn, the wife of his life.

Long's life has been interrupted by numerous roadblocks. After being banned from the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, Long has been a part owner in MBM Motorsports' Xfinity Series. The team will now take part in the Go Bowling 400 at Kansas Speedway.

How to fast corner
